At GrowthHax we’ve broken away from the tired old model of what most people think “mentorship” is (one old experienced person with a big job title, sitting across from one younger person, lecturing them on all their weaknesses, for some predefined time period). We are disrupting that notion and embracing the reality that mentorship is simply the most effective “knowledge transfer” opportunity in history.

Mentorship is a form of personalized, education and in a 2020 borderless world, it can be consumed by anyone anywhere; live, recorded, remote or local.

Our model leverages everyone with any great perspective or unique experiences, into the role of mentor. Young can mentor old. Women can mentor men. Locals can mentor foreigners and vice versa. Our model of mentorship is a human relationship that can be one on one, small group or large scale… and it can come from the stage, a remote session across the planet or at a cafe across the street
